Revision Policy for Services

For both our services, we offer a structured revision process to ensure your satisfaction:

• Includes two rounds of revisions, provided client feedback is received within 24 hours of submission.

If client feedback is delayed beyond the stipulated 24-hour window, we reserve the right to adjust the project timeline accordingly.

Service Delivery Timeline

• Signature Bundle: Completed within 7 working days, subject to timely client feedback and revisions.

Delays in providing feedback may result in an adjusted delivery timeline, which will be communicated to you.

Cancellation by COD

We reserve the right to cancel any project for any reason. In the rare event of cancellation from our end, refunds will be processed in proportion to the work already completed. Any such cancellation and subsequent refund details will be communicated via admin@contentondemand.in.

Force Majeure

COD shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond COD’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or any other force majeure events.
