An aesthetic grid was the reason this therapist wasn’t posting.
A year later, she’s still using the templates we designed for her.
Goldie, the founder of ‘Ditch the Couch’ therapy, knew Instagram was a great place to find clients for her virtual therapy sessions in NY and NJ.
Like most business owners though, she had plenty of content ideas. She just didn’t want to ditch her Instagram again.
“I noticed that design was one of the main reasons that we haven't been posting, and also knowing what the "right thing" to post is is scary.”
She also loved that she didn’t have to lock herself into a retainer with the one-off Signature bundle, and could choose to return when she wanted more.
PROCESS 🌶
“How annoying can I be about the voice and type of content?”
That was one of the first questions Goldie had for us. And it’s exactly why we have an onboarding form for you to let loose.
And when we say let loose, we really mean it. She had free rein over the type of posts she wanted. Whether she had a single post idea or wanted to share as much detail as possible, we strategized to fill in the gaps where she didn't.
Once she filled her form with her branding, we sent back an outline of posts with caption ideas, and she signed off. But not before gushing in our emails and DMs
RESULTS
In one week, she had all 12 posts in hand: designed, captioned, ready to post.
“THEY'RE INCREDIBLE!!! Holy shit they're all so beautiful and I love the different options, styles, and templates that are differnt but still so consistent!”
With the 12 posts, she received three pinned posts, branded templates, and a repeatable design system — which she’s still putting to good use a year later.
“Definitely wouldn't have ever been able to come up with that myself! Love them all, truly, you and your team did an amazing job!!!! I'm so glad we went with you for this!”
WHY COD
People find it hard to believe that we can deliver at the quantity and quality we do in such a short amount of time.
That’s because it isn’t one person working on your post; it’s a whole team of specialists (content strategist, copywriter, graphic designer), led by a project lead.
The first DM we got from Goldie had a line that stuck with us.
“it's been a literally insane couple of weeks and I'm beyond burnt out. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLL THE HARD WORK YOU'VE DONE ON OUR POSTS!! I CAN'T WAIT TO POST!”
Because we aim to do one thing with this bundle — get you excited to post again instead of dreading it.

RIP TO THE POSTS THAT NEVER MADE IT BECAUSE
01
The idea simply got lost
02
Your notes app list got too long and now you're scared to look at it
03
Client work got in the way, again
04
The trend passed and you don't care anymore
05
You think your branding isn't good enough to post
06
Designing content simply doesn't light you up
CUE: THE CONTENT BUNDLE
When everything else felt wrong, maybe this feels right?
IT'S HARD TO GIVE UP CONTROL OVER YOUR CONTENT WHEN YOU'RE AN INDUSTRY LEADER WITH A UNIQUE POV.
From “I need content”→“ready to post”.
How it all works:
Here's why I'd gun for us
We borrowed the best parts of every content model we could find. Then left the rest behind.

Hi, I'm Aishwarya,
and I've always known that I was meant to be creative. Whether it was making "all the best widsom-tooth extraction" cards for my parents or being the self assigned head of frosting at my mom's home bakery, I've loved the idea of creating something out of nothing.
One degree in Visual Communication, countless freelance projects, and multiple agency partnerships later, Content on Demand was born. On a simple hunch that there was still space for a better content solution, and 180+ bundles later, I can safely have others attest to it.
Content to me is not a rectangle on your grid, but an extension of your brand's world. It's a chance for you to speak, to show, and to invite people into your world. It IS that deep to me.
